Conference Fee

The Conference fee will rise in 2025 to £10.00 per person for all bookings after maintaining the fee level at £5.00 for many years. The fee will help cover some of the Conference overheads following a reduction in National Council support. Exemptions will apply to those attending Conference and /or Mass only and will also apply to bookings for attendance only at either Friday Dinner or the Saturday Gala Dinner. However, this fee will extend on this occasion to online reservations for the Conference session via Zoom on Saturday morning.

The booking line will open on 2nd January 2025 and close on 20th April 2025. Pre-Booking is required for entry to all functions/events – including the 3 Circles Meeting, Conference Meeting and Mass.
